Yoga and Fly Fishing?


After climbing up and over and jumping to and from many large boulders all week, I will give credit to Barb's yoga (and her pressure on me to participate in yoga) for my ability to imitate a small mountain goat.

I will say that as one ages, leg strength and flexibility are critical for fly fishing. Standing thigh deep in swift flowing cold water tests one's agility.
